Oathsworn Show Us How An Otter Adventurer Gets Made
September 16, 2015 by brennon
Ahead of their latest Burrows & Badgers Kickstarter Oathsworn gave us a look at the steps that went into making one of their miniatures. Will you be helping this Otter or hunting him down?
It's quite neat seeing how the process went, from the very naked animal all the way to finished product. I think it's neat that effectively he works on making an animal with a weapon first and then adds on the other more 'Redwall-esque' details.
Of course that's not the end of the process and there is some casting waiting to happen. In this case Peter Brown is the one working on the range and turning them into metal miniatures.
As someone pointed out the last time we covered Oathsworn these models would be quite fun for use within an alternative Frostgrave setting as well as their own skirmish game. Hopefully we'll have some more spellcaster types popping up in the newest Kickstarter making that more of a reality.
The webstore release of a lot of these miniatures can't be far off either I hope!
Keep an eye out for more from Oathsworn.

The rabbit and platypus are nice but I prefer the otter one.
Very cool!
Those look rather nice.
