Oathmark Dwarf Light Infantry Available To Pre-Order Now
October 19, 2021 by brennon
North Star Military Figures is now taking pre-orders for the brand new Dwarf Light Infantry plastic set for use with Oathmark and of course any other Fantasy wargame. As well as the plastic kit, you can also pick up six new metal miniatures themed to fit the Light Infantry models.
Dwarf Light Infantry Dwarf King, Musician & Wizard // Oathmark
Each of the different sets of metal miniatures gives you some leaders for your units, champions and more. For example, the set above comes with a Dwarf King, Wizard and Musician. All of these are handy additions to an army that is marching to war.
The second set is full of Champions. You've got one armed with a bow for your rangers and scouts, a fellow with a big hammer at the ready and finally, a miner or prospector who could lead one of your ragtag bands of adventurers.
Dwarf Light Infantry Champions // Oathmark
Each of the miniatures is really nicely detailed and offers up a great way to add some additional character to your expanding Dwarf army. As I always say, a good Dwarf miniature is one that has a mighty beard that draws the eye. I think all of these have hit the nail on the head. The fine hair of the Female Dwarf Wizard also works well as a stand-in considering the lack of beard!
New Dwarf Light Infantry Plastic Set
And, the crown in the jewel of this new set of pre-orders, the plastic set!
Dwarf Light Infantry Box // Oathmark
With enough options in the set to make thirty miniatures, this means that you can make three units of ten or perhaps band them together into a larger regiment.
Dwarf Light Infantry Sprue // Oathmark
Again, this feeds into the idea of building them as scouts, rangers, miners and all sorts. You can of course also mix and match these miniatures with the other Oathmark Dwarves and the other kits in the range too. For example, some of the bits from the Human and Elf sets might not look out of sorts with these plastic miniatures.
Are you going to be snapping up these miniatures?

nice
Dwarves ay….
Wonder what the probability is of this making the News section of The Weekender?… ?
I am nothing if not predictable
No your just being professional covering all aspects of the news Ben?
Nice looking dwarf figures may be good to have them with mining tools and a Ork/Skaven force beak in to the work’s mine.
They look amazing, but i would really like it if Oathmark would introduce Dwarf handgunners so my KOW army can have some more firepower…
Those are some good looking dwarves.
I know I’m repeating myself but I really like this set and while I haven’t looked at fantasy in a while I’m tempted by the more Tolkien look. The GW silliness put me off fantasy but oathmark dwarfs I fancy a crack at. Great stuff.
I have been waiting for these for a while to bolster my Dwarven horde. Oathmark has really hit the right note with me when it comes to Fantasy, best thing since LotR. I like that they have produced one of the mini’s from the Artwork in the main rule book.
The artwork in the main rulebook and supplements is a good way to see which plastic sets are on the way 😉
that and the faction lists 🙂 Dwarf light Infantry was pretty much nailed on, just happy it was sooner rather than later
