Northumbrian’s Cats Of Crumptown Run Rampant On Kickstarter
October 30, 2019 by brennon
Northumbrian Tin Soldier are now live on Kickstarter with their campaign for The Curious Case Of The Cats Of Crumptown. These adventurous moggies have been designed to match up with character classes from D&D 5th Edition and they also have an adventure for you to play through using them!
There are a lot of different cats for you to pick up which not only match themselves against the Classes of Dungeons & Dragons but also work for many a skirmish game. I could see these cats adventuring through all sorts of games as an alternative skirmishing warband.
So, now it is time to meet all of the cats and tell us which of them have caught your eye! Check out the full list below including the Kickstarter Exclusive miniature for Luna The Dragon.
The miniatures are absolutely packed with character and give you lots of fun characters to play around with. I'm fairly sure that you're going to have a great time painting these models up with some nice bright colours to give them that storybook/fairy tale feel.
Stretch Goals
As well as the main pledges which can get you the Short Hairs and the Long Hairs plus a set of Kitten Guard to use as NPCs and such in your games there's also the chance to pick up some special Stretch Goal accessories and terrain pieces. I picked out a few that caught my eye including the Box Of Invisibility...
...and the Potted Plant which is no doubt quite the draw for your curious cats. I love these quirky little additions to the range.
As well as that you can get a set of magical item cards plus some of the existing Northumbrian Tin Soldier range in the form of the Cawwlock and his Murder Of Crows who could well be the villains that your cats have to go up against.
Make sure to check out the Kickstarter page for more details!
