North Star’s American Revolution Range Grows With New Preview
February 3, 2023 by brennon
North Star Military Figures have been showing off more early images of their expanding American Revolution range that will complement the updates for Muskets & Tomahawks in the near future. The most recent previews were for their 28mm Colonial Infantrymen.
Colonial Infantrymen // North Star Military Figures
This set is going to be produced in metal and looks like a brilliant way to bulk out your American Revolution forces on the tabletop. I really like all of the detail that has been worked into the guns in particular where you can see all of the bits and bobs that make them work. Fiddly for painting but the end result will be rewarding!
Studio Tomahawk are working on getting the next supplement out for Muskets & Tomahawks quite soon so it's worth keeping an eye out to see when this lands. Folks do like a good revolution!
As well as these new previews of the Colonial Infantrymen, we also got a look at some of the painted Native Americans that will be joining the collection.

Andrew Taylor has done a sterling job on these and these are certainly going to get a few more folks interested in picking them up for use in their games. Again, I love the attention to detail across both styles of Native American presented here and I think it would be a real opportunity to try something a bit different.
It's a bonus that games like Muskets & Tomahawks don't often need that many miniatures so you can really take your time and make your skirmish force look awesome.
Are you going to be fighting out the American Revolution with these miniatures?

Ooh nice the only thing missing from the second group is two women in fancy dresses.
Very nice, I do appreciate a impeccable tricorn
Makes me wonder what scenarios could be played with these figures. Then again the size of the releases could offer some Silver Bayonet options in North America.
