Raging Heroes Update Shows Off New Sci-Fi & Fantasy Warrior Women
June 18, 2016 by brennon
Raging Heroes have another update this week and while there is a lot of focus on the Void/Lust Elves they've been working on I thought it would be neat to focus on two of their models that have got both the Sci-Fi and the Fantasy treatment. First up we have Sol Sarya...
First up we have the Sci-Fi version of her, the Priestess of The Sun Of Thorns. Quite a title but she has certainly embraced that Gothic vibe with her outfit. She looks like she is enraptured with her work too. The Fantasy version of her is below.
As you can see there is a bit of a change in the pose and they've tweaked the amount of armour she is wearing to make it more appaarent. They have also armed her with a rather mighty warhammer with which she can crush her enemies to a paste. A holy paste...but a paste nonetheless.
Templar Mona
As well as the Priestess above we also have the Demon Slaying Mona De Costemore. Sticking with the way we looked at Sol we'll begin with her Sci-Fi version.
Big armour, a dangerous looking sword with a power system built into it and a few little details added to the armour keep her in that Sci-Fi realm. The Fantasy version is rather awesome too I think.
They've replaced the sword and added a bit more to the armour plates, removing cords and tubes that were powering the armour in the piece above. Some of the armour has been resculpted too as you can see around the gauntlet.
Are you a fan of their Sci-Fi work or the Fantasy stuff?
Maybe both?

I’m a big fan of the Raging Heroes stuff and these are keeping the high standard. Sisters of Battle proxies, anyone?
As someone who’s not really followed this, is there enough of this range to do an entire Space Nun army? Just curious, like.
you can check the kickstarter 🙂
None of the models are out yet.

Blimey I have been under a rock 🙂
Those are some stunning looking models.
oh yes , a full army of nuns . no transports yet but they have terminator nuns.
you have to see their great seraphim and the daughters of the crucible they will blow you away.
the daughters of the crucible poster and table mats are also kind of cool.
There’s something silly about the pose for Sol Sarya, and Mona de Costemore’s Combat Heels are still too absurd for my liking.
looking good.
Waiting on the fantasy cavalry. Beautiful models.
