Grab New Mortal Enemies Monsters For Osprey’s Frostgrave
March 6, 2024 by brennon
Mortal Enemies, the new supplement for Osprey Games' Frostgrave, is going to be coming out later in March. To support that release, you can now pre-order a range of deadly creature miniatures in 28mm from North Star Military Figures.
Praklicore // Frostgrave
The Praklicore is a strange blending of a lion covered in spines like a porcupine whilst also featuring a set of wings useless for flight. It makes up for that unfortunate lack of aerial agility with spines that can be fired at a great distance, packed with poison. You wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of one of these magical and experimental failures.
If you want to delve into some of the more twisted creations from Mortal Enemies then how about the Corpse Wranglers & Murderjacks?
Corpse Wrangler & Murderjack // Frostgrave
Corpse Wranglers are a pair of snakes, joined together and infused with necromantic magic. They slither their way inside the bodies of the dead and then reanimate them, their snake heads popping out of the corpse's eyes, dragging it around like a shuffling zombie. Even when you've destroyed the host, you need to chase down the Corpse Wranglers to make sure that they don't escape into another body!
Sticking with the theme of the dead, the Muderjacks are giant crows which are aggressive hunters with a wingspan the size of a tall man. They are deadly by themselves but can also whip other birds into a frenzy, making the outdoors a deadly prospect even in the frozen city of Felstad.
These miniatures, alongside more from the expanded North Star menagerie of monsters, are available right now and you can also get Mortal Enemies from Osprey Games!

Watch out for a first impression and review of Mortal Enemies this weekend. It's a fun book that will be of great use, especially for players diving into Frostgrave solo.
Will you be picking up some of these new monsters?
