June 17, 2021 by fcostin
The fight for the Iron Throne is still in high tensions, and the fierce competition between House Lannister and House Targaryen is certainly not dwindling in A Song of Ice and Fire Tabletop Miniatures Game from CMON.
House Targaryen has seen some incredible releases most recently, with the Mother of Dragons herself riding into the battlefield with Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion out quicker than you can say Dracarys. The throne now belongs to Joffrey and House Lannister is up in arms. However both Lannister and Targaryen are getting some fresh reinforcements, and the lions are joining the battle. Surprisingly, not on the side of the Lannisters.
Dothraki Outriders // A Song of Ice and Fire Tabletop Miniatures Game
We all understand the brutality of the Dothraki. Their long braids defining their true purpose as a man, ride into battle striking fear into their enemies. Equipped with bows, the Dothraki Outriders can position themselves into battle to shoot from the Flank or the Rear, providing them with the ability to dive head-first into an attack, to finesse their way to a retreat and strike once more. The sound of the Dothraki horses should be feared within the battlefields in Westeros.
Dothraki Hrakkars // A Song Of Ice and Fire Tabletop Miniatures Game
Lions? On the battlefield? Against the Lannisters? I say! It seems Danyres has more than one beast up her sleeve. The Dothraki Hrakkars are the perfect troops to stalk prey with brute force and strength. The white lions are incredibly fierce, with the ability to take on and contend with a Stark Dire wolf. Khals have earned their place alongside these beasts with honour, they are the perfect predator to place amongst your army, incorporating stealth, strength and wit all tied up in one pretty box.
Lannister Red Cloaks // A Song Of Ice And Fire Tabeltop Miniatures Game
How could you possibly content with lions and brutal Dothraki bowmen? The Lannister Red Cloaks are known as the elite forces. They have been known to protect the most coveted of places for the Lannisters with high security, and a firm fist to keep their men in line. Raking in the riches of the Lannisters, their armour, weapons and abilities are the best that money can buy. Manipulated with greed by their Lords and called on within battle, these tough fighters are prepared to withstand the onslaught from House Targaryen.
That's all for the new releases this month for A Song of Ice and Fire: The Miniatures Game, whether you are siding with the Lannisters or the Targaryens - the battle will be fierce and you can certainly count on the carnage.
Who will you side with, House Lannister or House Targaryen?
