Kromlech has now released their new grimdark Imperial Crusaders for use when making your new zealous armies of the far future. There are heads, arms, bodies, weapons and accessories for you to play with as part of this release.

We start with some head options. There is a set of unhelmeted heads which look all battered and brutalised by their escapades on the battlefield. There is also a set of helmeted heads which I think look particularly awesome. I love the crosses etched into the plates!

These properly get across that knightly look to the crusaders of the grimdark future. They have a nice element of pageantry to them which I think is great for those wanting to make their armies pop.

We then have the Imperial Crusaders Prime Bodies which come with bodies and legs combined. All you then need to do is plug in the weapons, heads and accessories.

Again, I like how fantastical these look even though they are designed for a Sci-Fi setting. The chainmail and such is a nice addition to the miniatures. I also like the reverse colour scheme that Kromlech chose, opting for white with black rather than black with white. You know what I mean!

You can also snap up some weapons to use with your Imperial Crusaders. You can choose from these immense Flame Blasters...

...or perhaps get ready for some close combat with these Power Gloves. If you can't incinerate your enemies then crush them in your fists.

There are also a couple of accessory packs that then finish these miniatures off and complete the look. You have these Shoulder Pads for example...

...and you can then sort out the rear of your miniatures with these Backpacks.

The fire on the top of the backpack is a nice touch. I think that should be reserved for the leader of your squad. These would, obviously, also work nicely with Primaris Space Marines allowing you to customise them in a nice way, making them stand out from the crowd.

Last but not least, we have these upgrades which could be holy relics of your Imperial Crusaders army.

You've got a censer there, some flickering candles, mighty tomes which carry the names of the damned and reliquaries too. A nice selection of bitz to help make miniatures feel unique.
