I have been out of the loop for a while on Star Wars: Destiny but it's neat to see what a new Draft Set has dropped from Fantasy Flight Games, Allies Of Necessity. This is one of my favourite ways to play Star Wars: Destiny, making it easy for people new to the game and also changing things up for old hands.

Like with Rivals, the previous set for use in a draft, the new kit still contains cards which can be used away from this format in normal games too. It contains one character of each colour, enabling you to make all sorts of different decks, especially since there is no ban on using a mix of hero, villain and neutral cards together in one deck!

It's awesome to see that we're getting some new cards with some fun effects on their dice. Power Actions were a good addition to the game, giving you a real choice as to which of your characters gets to us their big, impressive ability.

A new set of plots and events also compliments the pack, giving you some ways to mitigate the bad luck of rolling dice (happens to all of us!). Chance Encounter sounds like it'll be a lot of fun!

Are you still playing lots of Star Wars: Destiny?
