New Blister Packs Available For Spartan’s Halo Ground Command
January 11, 2017 by brennon
Spartan Games are putting together a selection of Blister Packs for Halo: Ground Command and within this selection we're taking a look at some of the new models for both the UNSC and the Covenant!
Jumping in we're going to take a look at the awesome Recon Team first for the UNSC. These soldiers will act as your scouts and snipers when you're playing your games - keeping the enemy pinned down and dealing with choice targets.
Get them dug into cover and make sure they have a good view of the battlefield.
Covenant Forces Deployed!
One of the targets they might want to train their rifles on is the Covenant Command Team featuring two Elites.
Here you get a new Zealot level Elite leading the way in battle. Elites at this level are deadly commanders and fighters in their own right. Additionally, the set does come with a pair of weapon crates too so you can use them as objectives on the tabletop.
Now we turn our attention to the Jackals!
Fans of the video game will know these pesky fellows with their glowing shields. They were more than often a handful to deal with as their shields reflected all of your bullets! A well-deployed bunch of these aliens could corner and deal with your UNSC forces no problem.
They even have a proper Shield Wall ability allowing them to benefit from cover as they advance.
When you need to take down your opponent from long range the Covenant also employ the Jackal Marksmen.
Using the deadly Needle Rifle they are going to be picking out officers, commanders and maybe the odd Spartan or two as they get into positions on high ground and cover the advance. Maybe this is something your UNSC Recon Team should concentrate on dealing with!
There's plenty more to check out for Halo: Ground Command so head on over to the webstore to see more of what's on offer.

Those look really good.
Spartan’s models are always impressive-looking. The Halo Ground Command Stuff I’ve gotten so far is all very nice.
They seem to have a supply problem, though. Possibly a victim of their own success.
don’t know much about this game but the figures look good.
I completely forgot this game existed! I remember in a video a designer pulled out a template for showing size comparison between ships and units – and I understandably got excited for the game. Ill take some time into looking more into this range.
Lovey figures for sure. I’d be all over them in 28mm. I do understand the arguments for 15mm but I just enjoy painting 28s so much more.
