If you're looking to dive into some new 28mm Sci-Fi adventures on the tabletop then you might want to take a peek at the new Interplanetary Strike Troopers from Brigade Games. Ready to hit any planet and engage in any fight, these new troops are armed with all manner of different weapons.
Interplanetary Strike Troopers #1 // Brigade Games
There are five different sets of miniatures for you to choose from as well as a bundle which collects the different Strike Troopers together. Most of the miniatures are armed with their regular laser rifles and come laden down with all the kit you might need for a harsh battlefield.

The regular Strike Troopers come in a mix of different poses meaning that you'll have a lot of variety when it comes to building squads for all manner of games. I really like the full face masks for the troops and the goggles that each of the troops has. It means that they could be raiders and rebels or troopers that have been sent by some nefarious order to suppress their enemies on a distant planet.
As well as the Strike Troopers armed with their regular rifles, you can also get some specialist weapons to aid your troops in the heat of battle. You have what looks like a sniper rifle in the set below alongside some machine guns.

The last of the sets come with a couple of troopers using flamethrowers and another rocking a rocket launcher. This means that your squad of Strike Troopers should be able to deal with a whole host of threats and because you have so many sets to choose from, you should be able to use this as the basis for a new Sci-Fi army if you like.

Brigade Games also showed off some of the painted miniatures they have been working on. When I saw these, I got Rebel vibes from Star Wars but that might just be because of the mix of green and brown in their uniforms. You could easily switch things up with grey and black or indeed white to change where they fight and who they fight for!

Ooh nice to have for Rebel forces.
Rebel scum…….or a handy star Gruntz force, tribarrel weapons fit into hammers slammers and other future war games quite nicely, these would make a nice addition as a generic force for any including Wargames Atlantics Death fields.
