Lead Your Napoleonic Armies With Warlord’s Spanish Officers

Warlord Games has another pre-order up for those playing Black Powder games as the Spanish. If you're in the mood for some Napoleonic battles then you can now snag their Spanish Mounted Infantry Officers.
Napoleonic Spanish Mounted Officers // Black Powder
This set comes with three mounted miniatures which you can use to marshal your brigades and get them trudging forwards towards the enemy lines. It's a bit of a shame that there are two miniatures which are exactly the same in the set but it offers up the options to command three elements of your force at the very least.

According to the folks at Warlord Games, you might be fighting an uphill battle if you choose to field the Spanish during this period. Their army was massive and their soldiers worse dashing uniforms but they only managed to win a handful of victories against the French. They were known to engage in battles with the French, put up a half-hearted display and then rout!
This came from the army being badly organised, untrained and ill-equipped. This was in contrast to their Spanish spirit which was often aimed directly at ridding their lands of the French! Unfortunately, zeal and anger don't often win a battle if you don't have the skills to match and so that might have contributed to their score of losses.
Maybe you can pick up a Spanish force and change their fortunes?

Lovely mini’s.All ready for Sharpe to tip off their horse and punch them on the nose for being useless.
Anyone know if they are in metal or are they thermo-plastic-resin stuff?
Metal chap
top stuff, in that case they’ll definitely be going on the list
The title should have been , “Lead your troops badly and help them run away with Warlord’s Spanish Officers!”
The figures are great that is very true.
Very nice looking commanders.
