MTG’s Oath Of The Gatewatch Promises Colourless Land & Expeditions
December 15, 2015 by deltagamegirl22
With January right around the corner, this means we are just about a month out from Oath of the Gatewatch, the next set in the Battle For Zendikar block of Magic the Gathering.
On top of the expected new, must have cards, this set promises both the return of the precious Expedition lands as well as new Colourless Lands.
These new colourless lands were put in place to speak to the confusion behind the meaning of the colourless symbols on previous cards.
Now when a card has the new colourless mana symbol, it will be clear that it is a required land type to cast it, where as the previous "X" or number on a silver circle will indicate that you can use any coloured land to add to that total number to cast.
What do you think of this new land type entering the game?
"On top of the expected new, must have cards, this set promises both the return of the precious Expedition lands as well as new Colourless Lands..."
