New Monster Model Previews For 4Ground’s Fabled Realms Pop Up
December 18, 2017 by brennon
Some new model previews have popped up from 4Ground for Fabled Realms over on their Kickstarter page. See what you think of the progress they've been making on monsters and more.
Leading the way we have the Terror. This monstrosity can, as you see, pick up your poor hapless humans and throw them around like rag dolls. This is still a WiP sculpt from Edgar Ramos but it gives you an idea of the awesome things you can bring to the table on a larger scale in this game.
Also sculpted by Edgar Ramos we have the Patricians Guard. These two look grizzled and ready to lay down their lives for their charge.
I really like the style of armour they've gone for these particular fellows, giving them functional yet slightly more elaborate plating. The sword designs are also super awesome - it's a small thing but it's nice to see them looking dangerous and ever-so-slightly more fantastical than traditional swords.
We also have some of the sculpting by Giorgio Bassani to show off with these Sell-Sword Crossbowmen.
A nice array of sculpts each with individual poses; just what we like to see when it comes to skirmish games where you've got a personalised and characterful handful of models under your control.
Justin has quite fallen in love with this range of models and it's easy to see why. We're looking forward to 2018 and where this game can go!
What do you think of these previews?

Those look awesome. Way to go 4ground
they look great love the terror beast.
4 Ground seem to be doing miniature right. What I saw at Gencon was mouth wateringly good. They seem slightly bigger (32mm?) although that may have been a resin vs plastic thing.
Miniatures like these could easily make 4 Ground a wargaming company as opposed to a solely scenery company very quickly. Why other companies like Mantic have been so slow to produce quality minis like 4 Ground is beyond me. Either Way, very interesting stuff from 4 Ground.
Very nice!
Look cool, wish the pics were bigger, but you get the gist. Very cool 4Ground, very cool.
Roll on the beta weekend.
