The First Minion Miniatures Goblins Creep From Their Caves

Minion Miniatures have got back their first goblin sculpts and they are looking very cool indeed! It's a decidedly different take on the look you might have seen before but I think they are a nice alternative and perfect for using as role-playing fodder against your valiant adventurers!
As you can see when stood next to this standard reference Space Marine they are quite titchy, but they are goblins after all! I like the beaked and almost bird-like appearance of these goblins and it works into their pack mentality, almost like a flock of birds, swarming over something that's dared to enter their domain. The pose is neat too, leaping forward with cleaver outstretched.
Can't wait to see more goblins and their undead too!
What do you think of these different goblins?
I can appreciate the different take on the oh-so-familiar goblin species, but here’s another aspiring company out of nowhere with no website etc to show actual product and reliability other than a FaceBook page. This smells of Kickstarter from (very) far away 🙁
Not that I don’t like Kickstarters, but I’d appreciate it if it was from people who have some established reputation, even if small.
Sculpt’s OK I guess, more like an alien species than a goblin though…
personally I quite like supporting smaller kickstarters like this 🙂
it’s what the website was designed for, to help new companies release a new product 😛
… and anyway, just because the company is new,
doesn’t mean the people working on it, are not experienced 😉
I guess we’ll know more, as new info becomes available, but it’s looking ok so far 🙂
if there just looking for a small funding goal to release some minis, it might be worth it 😉
I strongly doubt this is going to be a “small funding goal”. But OK, let’s not be hasty and wait and see what will happen, maybe I’m wrong 😉
