The Little Soldier Company's David Wood is on Kickstarter right now with a small Fantasy campaign looking to get a Bar Room Brawl going fit for a 28mm Dwarven tavern!

Bar Room Brawl - Little Soldier Company

The Little Soldier Company has produced miniatures for Noggin The Nog and such over the past few years but here marks a change to look at a rowdy tavern where Dwarves have taken over and made it their own!

This campaign features miniatures sculpted by John Pickford and gives us a handful of boisterous adventuring Dwarves who are enjoying a night of festivities at The Dozing Dragon.

The collection features a bunch of miniatures and smaller terrain pieces which can be used to build vignettes and dioramas for display purposes. You could also use these miniatures as the backdrop to your roleplaying games as your party heads to this tavern in search of answers.

I love that the collection features a selection of happy customers who have consumed quite a few pints of ale and dozed off...and the more angry individuals too! For example, it wouldn't be a Dwarven tavern without a goblin strapped to a target right?

Target Practise - Little Soldier Company

Here we get something a little different from the norm. There are plenty of ways to build big armies with rank and file miniatures but often you need a bit of a change. Whilst these miniatures would be very fitting for roleplaying games I think you could have some fun with them in an army too.

A few of the fighting miniatures could be plopped in the middle of units to show some Dwarves who just don't get along. The axe throwing individual above would also be good on the front lines with a beer in hand! The chummy pair would be a fun way to show who just got a bunch of restorative ale too!

Are you tempted by this set of characterful miniatures?
