Midlam’s Kickstarter Raises The Halfling Dead

Midlam Miniatures are running a Kickstarter campaign to fund the forces of their Halfling Dead.

The Kickstarter brings a range of halfling undead characters from across the many varieties of beings that go bump in the night.

This ranges from horror movie classics, like werewolves and flesh golems, to fun takes on some familiar gothic staples, like ghosts and ghouls, all with some uniquely halfling details and gloriously punny names.

I think Count Yorchikens wins the prize.

Now, I don't often talk about this, but I have a great love of halflings and hobbits and I think it is always a lot of fun to see new takes on them.

This selection of characters is great, with some nicely imaginative sculpts. I could see them used as part of an evil adventuring party, an early boss for some low-level heroes to face, or just as a fun piece added to the massed ranks of a larger undead army.
