Micro Art Studios Plunder The Seabed For Bases
June 19, 2018 by dracs
Sculptor Piotr Kupper has shown off WiPs for a new range of bases they are working on for Micro Art, taking your miniatures down to the bottom of the sea.
These bases were of course designed with Age of Sigmar's Idoneth Deepkin in mind, but they would also work for games such as Deep Wars, where gameplay might well end up beneath the waves.
The idea of an army literally bringing the seabed with them when they fight is both ridiculous and kind of awesome.
These bases capture something of that ethereal environment, especially with the fallen statues, without sacrificing practicality.
Now we just need a singing crab and a hot crustacean band.
What other miniature ranges do you think these would suit?

They look good great for any desert or ash waste table’s with some good colours.
I really like them, funny I was aksing how to make underwater bases in the forum, seems like Micro Arts is reading the BoW forums 😉
The problem is now, when will they be released and making bases on your own is quite fun.
