March To A Rousing Tune With Warlord’s Napoleonic French
January 13, 2018 by brennon
If you need some pomp and ceremony for your games of Black Powder by Warlord Games then how about the Napoleonic French Imperial Guard Head Of Column collection?
This would have been quite the tradition during the period and Warlord Games have gone into great detail on getting the right amount of soldiers into the mix here. You even have the Sappers marching alongside the band themselves as they drum out a rousing tune.
Whilst I should really be on the side of the English here I have to say that it would be hard not to follow this chap around on the march; he seems utterly prepared to do his duty and raise your morale!
How could you say no to a man with all of that bling on him? It's nice to have a lot more of these incidental units and additions to the armies out there for Black Powder. Not only does it give you something to use when you want to add some character to an army but it will make them look even better in a display cabinet.
What do you think of this collection?

Think these are wonderful.
Just in case your Napoleonic French are lacking bling … Huge envy to anyone adding these to their columns.
Those look really good.
Nice look like john could be having a band for his IG army?
@zorg that was my first thought but didn’t want to give @warzan any ideas and @johnlyons might cry if he has to paint all this and 40k it!
yeh could see his army going into battle with the band very Napoleonic.
