A Magnificent Archlich Commands The Dead Of Avatars Of War
June 15, 2015 by brennon
Avatars of War have risen a deadly enemy from the depths of some ancient crypt for you to use in your growing undead armies. See what you think of their magnificent Archlich...
I think this is a frankly spectacular miniature with enough of the over the top awesomeness to it to make it silly and fun while also having a commanding presence on the tabletop. I love the big, flowing, tattered cloak and the spirits of the dead being summoned up beneath his feet holding his spell tome aloft.
Do you think he rocks as much as I do?

Lovely mini. Fantastic pose and shows a great sense of motion and threat. Some other companies should take note. Excellent from AOW once again.
Have these guys actually finished competing everyone’s pledge for their Dwarf Indigo campaign that finished a number of years ago?
I’ve always got what I ordered, but some of their practises seem a bit dodgy. Still waiting for a return of some of their awesome Chaos warrior kits, which were far superior to the mono-pose GW ones.
Having said that, I like this fellow… a lot. Foot-on-a-thing done properly.
I like it. Even though I have no intention of making an undead army of any sort. But I have to say I might pick this up and paint it.
That is rather nice. Got 2 units of their corruptors, stunning kits
Rock on Gary your back to your awesomeness, i have always loved Gary Morley’s work, even tho some seem more than rushed, must be the time scale of being a freelancer… but this is an awesome min….. WELL DONE! Thank you… i hate 3D sculpting this is a freehand of a master!
