Magic The Gathering Going Cyberpunk With Kamigawa Set

Wizards of the West Coast have teased where Magic: The Gathering! Players will be headed for the first released set of 2022. Taking players into a fluorescent scope of new characters and cards for Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty.

Players got their eyes on the first peek of the upcoming set on the Wizards of the Coast Twitch Stream this week, introducing the Shinto-inspired setting into a cyberpunk universe.

The new set will have the usual suspect of releases for Magic: The Gathering, including Collector Booster Boxes, Commander Decks and Independent Sets and Drafts.

Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty will be headed over to Magic: The Gathering Area first on February 10th, after heading out to retail on February 18th. The release date may seem far away, but players are not going to be left high and dry until the physical release. Wizards of the Coast have promised that Preview Cards will be making their way out on January 27th 2022.

There seems to be a lot of releases coming out for Magic! The Gathering in 2022. With this being the first instalment, it is sure to be a big one to kick off the year!
