New Magic Set Takes Us to the Beginning of the Planeswalkers
February 12, 2015 by dracs
Wizards of the Coast have announced a new set for Magic the Gathering to be released this Summer which may be taking us back in time to the origins of the game's iconic Planeswalkers.
This set, called Magic Origins, will be made up of 272 cards and will be seeing its release on July 17th 2015.
The idea of visiting the origins of the Planeswalkers, seeing their power develop into the characters we all know now, is very interesting and opens up a lot of potential for the story of the game. However, I do wonder how they will make this work in the game itself. After all, won't visiting their origins mean a significant drop in their power?
How do you think Magic Origins will play out?

He looks more like a Skywalker.
Well that does seem interesting. I will be waiting spoilers.
