Lost Kingdom Miniatures are doing exceptionally well with their new Cuetzpal Empire Kickstarter which looks to bring a range of Lizardmen to the tabletop for you to use in your mass battle games like 9th Age.

The range provides you with a selection of monsters, troops, characters and more for you to use on the tabletop. In effect, they have pretty much everything you'd need for a rank and file force or if you wanted to use them as Seraphon in Age Of Sigmar there is also that option too.

As mentioned above they have provided folks with options to get their hands on an entire army but I wanted to just highlight some of these specific characters that have popped up as unlocks and more.

The standard rank and file troops are all good and fine from this collection but I think Lost Kingdom shine when they get to be a bit more creative with these larger than life characters. Nearly all of them come with some kind of sculpted base element too which helps give the figure more prowess on the tabletop.

The team even worked with Angel Giraldez to paint up some of their characters showing off the amount of insane detail that can be worked into these pieces.

This is one of the big things about painting up a Lizardmen force; you get to go crazy with the colours that you can use for them. There's no grimdark blood and mud here, just brilliant colours that clash with ancient and burnished bronze.

A superb range and I heartily recommend you delve deeper into it!
