Lion Tower Miniatures Sculpt Up A Jarl For Wrathborn
May 17, 2016 by brennon
Lion Tower Miniatures have worked with Hairy Studios to create their Norndrassel Jarl for the game, Wrathborn. You know me - I do like popping some Vikings into the mix when I can so see what you think.
As you can see he comes with a serious case of foot-on-rock syndrome but looks rather epic all the same. I'm liking the Mjolnir-style hammer and the big shield with the insignia emblazoned on it. The details are great on the armour too.
I don't mind the cloak he has here but I'm not overly sure on it. I think the bear head seems a little bit 'tacked on' and the overall cloak doesn't feel as connected to the model as I would have liked it to.
The scenic base is a nice addition however, even with the big rock, but I think the model stands up well.
What do you think?

I agree with @brennon about the cloak it does not need the head or bear legs, and the hammer seem a little odd and Thors-ish
Beside that it look like a good mini.
he looks good.
The Bears head would appear to still have the entire skull inside. It looks odd to me. Take the skull out and will look more like a bear skin cloak
That is looking really good.
