The Kush Tribes Of The South Join Signum’s Fantasy World

Signum Games has added an awesome range of miniatures into the mix for those playing their 32mm Fantasy wargame. This time, we have The Kush Tribes Of The South which are a might warband of snarling wild cat folk who are ready to fight for their place in the world.
Kush Tribes Of The South - Starter Set // Signum Games
This range of miniatures have a great look to them which brings an awesome African aesthetic into the mix and gives you something pretty fascinating to paint. The first of these sets has been designed to get you started with a variety of characters to choose from. You've got...
- Sanaa, the Ebon Viper
- Kwame, the Sun of Kush
- Mufaro and Baruti, Sons of Pride
- Jabari, Naughty Lion Cub
- Kwesi, the Thunder Roar
I think my favourite has to be Jabari, Naughty Lion Club with that slingshot although I do also quite like Murfaro and Baruti. I think working on the fur of these characters would be great fun and when you combine the smaller characters with the larger ones, especially with the mix of armour, flowers and accessories, you'll have a very colourful-looking warband to get stuck into.
If you're looking to take things to the next level, you can also go beyond the Starter Set and pick up four other packs which comes with a selection of different characters. Each of these sets come with three different resin miniatures (much the same as the Starter Set).
The Golden Claws // Signum Games
Thunder Of Savanna // Signum Games
Warriors Of Pride // Signum Games
Guardians Of Kush // Signum Games
All of these miniatures can be used as part of Legends Of Signum but you could also fit them into plenty of other miniature wargames or possibly role-playing games if you like. I am massively in love with the over-the-top weapons that they're using in particular. I think the properly "heroic" edge to these miniatures works really well to set them apart from other ranges out there.
What do you make of these new warriors?

I may need to use that elephant skull idea in future.
