Fight As The Konflikt ’47 Italians With Defiance Supplement
May 29, 2018 by brennon
Warlord Games has now opened up pre-orders for the new Konflikt '47 supplement, Defiance. This sees you bringing the Italians into the mix for their Weird World War game...
The Italians have split to join both the Axis and the Allies in this new addition to the story that is Konflikt '47. You will be able to take command of either the Royalist Co-Belligerent Italian Army or the Fascist National Republican Army.
Inside the book you'll find additional information on the background and history of these forces, new rules to help implement them in your games and as you'll have noted, some very cool looking armoured infantry too!
One such model is Capitano Maximus Lombardi here who will be the pre-order model you'll get when you snap up this book.
You'll also find inside the book a mini-campaign for you to play through too, giving you a gameplay-focused way of playing through this alternative history.
Will you be snapping this book up?

Nice – the new Italian releases are really peaking my interest in Konflikt. What I would like to see are some plastic Italian infantry! If the Perry’s could do it, even better. I know it’s a bit of a tangent but seeing the classical influence of the new mini’s we’re seeing, be tempted to convert them into Greek resistance fighters, knocking up their own/fixing up battered remains of knocked out Italian gear in a cave ala Tony Stark – should give the resistance fighters a powerful kick haha
an interesting looking figure.
mixed thoughts on the figure. I am glad that the game is getting “weirder” but maybe this is too far? But maybe not…I like it more than dislike it.
I do wish the game would move past the “darker” aspects of the real war like DUST has…pulp it up but get rid of the elements that caused/created the genocides in the war (Russian and Axis both)…I play “Weird” WW II games to take a step away from that harsh reality.
Seems interesting.
