Knight Model’s Clock King Pops Up To Challenge DC’s Heroes

Another pretty odd villain joins the rogues' gallery from Knight Models for the Batman Miniatures Game and general DC universe. Here we have the rather ostentatiously dressed Clock King in all of his glory. That is a brave choice of outfit.
Clock King // Knight Models
Clock King was originally an enemy of Green Arrow and goes by the name William Tockman when he isn't dressed up quite as madly as this. Originally, the Clock King had no actual superpowers to speak of although he was very athletic and extraordinarily smart. He was also an accomplished swordsman. He did, however, use clocks and time-related gimmicks during his schemes in order to outwit his foes.
The second Clock King then developed the ability to see what was about to happen four seconds into the future. This meant he could anticipate his opponent's moves and get the drop on them. He was also still a technological genius and created things like a teleporter, jamming equipment and an anti-gravity platform...all modelled after timepieces of course.
He has popped up in The New 52, Justice League International and the Suicide Squad throughout his time in the DC universe, but the outfit is still pretty silly...
What do you think of Clock King?

Him – Behold i`m the clock king….
Me – What a clock….
Mister wolf.?Lol
Well would you look at the time…
Not bad. Personally I prefer Batman TAS style Clock King over this silly looking one.
I was literally going to say that!
That’s eye catching
And I thought Kite Man was silly : D
Harley Quinn TAS made Kite Man actually good character. That’s far more than what I have seen done with Clock King.
talk about writers block. I would say a sad excuse for a Villain, super or not.
And his sidekick ‘bottom of the barrel being scraped boy’.
