Kira & Dakota Roll Out Into Anvil Industries’ Afterlife
December 4, 2015 by deltagamegirl22
Anvil Industries has dropped 2 new minis for the Afterlife universe. Kira and Dakota, members of the 'Dragons', join a group elite warriors hand picked by Idaho Yoshida to accompany him in battle.
Most of the current Dragons members are drawn from Radoni corporation special forces, but a select few, Kira and Dakota included, originally served along side Idaho in the Unity Guard, and fled with him when he defected.
These two look serious and ready to head into battle. They stand at just about 30mm, and each stand on a 25mm base.
Will you be adding Kira and Dakota to your forces?

Fantastic looking
Love the positioning of the swords behind their backs. Great miniatures. 🙂
They have a nice near-future gritty look. I could definitely see them as some Corregidor mercenary troops. Maybe as Intruders or Bandits, since the Bandits don’t have figures yet.
They are fantastic models. Definitely have been proxying in Infinity for me. Touch on the short side, though. The Kira is about half a head shorter than an Algucil. Not too far off though. Excellent detail and sprues can double as scatter rubble on the bases.
I don’t mind the difference in height between figures. It just represents the variation normal between people.
After decades of gaming with figs of genetically altered super warriors that are all artificially made to be exactly the same, I am reveling in the freshness of a clean sci-fi which is not covered in grime and skulls. The difference in heights and bodytypes is part of the fun.
