Khurasan Miniatures Muster The 15mm Northmen Of Raumm

Khurasan Miniatures has been showing off a new range of Fantasy miniatures popping up soon in 15mm. The Northmen Of Raumm are coming, mustering in the North and ready to destroy the world of men.

Whilst these warriors have their own backstory from the folks at Khurasan they are also very close in design and look to the Chaos Warriors of Warhammer. If you're looking to play a game which is set either in your own grimdark world or perhaps within the Old World itself, these fellows would be rather fun to paint up.

"Raumm, Earl of Hell, commands thirty legions. Other than the terrifying demons of Raumm, his most powerful legions, held for the decisive blow, are the Armoured Northmen of Raumm. These sadistic, semi-barbarous sea raiders have always worshipped him, as is evident by the crows they display on their shields and flags. Upon his seizure of the great kingdom of Lyrium, thousands of northmen descended on that kingdom in a sort of black pilgrimage, seeking worldly powers and glory. The weak were tossed into the cauldron of hell, often incinerated and devoured by the great red dragon — Raumm’s surrogate on this plane of existence. The strong traded in their chainmail hauberks, bearded axes and round plank shields for vastly stronger and more powerful equipment."

Command elements are on the way as well as some Cultists which would be following in the wake of these brutal warriors. There might even be some 'Not-Orc' looking reinforcements which the mighty Raumm uses as fodder when the enemy decides to fight back.
