Kabuki Models Unveil The Final Look Of Their Celestial Knight
June 17, 2015 by brennon
Kabuki Models have shown off the final look of their Celestial Knight. I don't imagine that you'll need much nudging in the right direction when it comes to who it's based on so just check it out...
The model will stand at 53mm tall and be cast out of resin. You will be able to pre-order him soon and I imagine a lot of Horus Heresy fans will certainly do that when they get the chance.
I think the model is great looking although I don't think the sword is big enough. I know it's dwarfed by the rest of him anyway but the blade looks like it could be thicker and more 'heroically' proportioned.
What do you think?

Looks cool, but I definitely agree about the sword, needs to be bigger.
Love the armour, but is his head just further away? Your right about the sword too.
I hope he never has to walk through a low doorway…
That looks impressive.
Ummm… maybe a ranged weapon. Funny how knights in the middle ages were protected from swords by armour 1mm thick, yet people in God knows what kind of layered carbon/ceramic/alloy laminate are still vulnerable… even to bigger swords lol. Looks like a caricature of what is already a caricature.
Is this meant to be the emperor?
Shhhhh, want to get sued?
after seeing what the FW studio are doing these kabuki ones have lost their impressiveness for me. A shame as they are great sculpts but my interest in them has waned.
like.
