New Doctors Journey Through Space & Time With Warlord Games
November 30, 2017 by brennon
Warlord Games are having more fun as they travel Into The Time Vortex as they expand their collection of Doctors for the Doctor Who Miniatures range with some new sets.
First, we have a set which features the Fifth, Eleventh & Twelfth Doctors all of which in some signature poses. I really like the look of Peter Capaldi's Doctor in this particular set, but all of the likenesses are superb.
You can also pick up the set containing the First, Fourth & Tenth Doctors.
Which features some more fan favourites including David Tennant and Tom Baker with his lovely colourful scarf. If you're a collector, or you fancy using them in your games these would be awesome painting projects to have a go at since each of them is so different.
What do you think of the sets?

they all look fantastic baker n tennant still my favourite docs.
You forgot the best part: if you buy all 6 of the above from the website, you get a bonus K9.
Id really love them… If they were in 28mm
Those are very nice.
Still waiting for my favourite; the second doctor, Patrick Troughton.
Minis for this game are looking better all the time …. Still missing my first doctor (#3) He was so cool. (Until I discovered him playing a scarecrow some years later …Totally shattered me)
These figures are resins of doctors to be used in the board game (GF9 I think). My understanding from the facebook page is that Warlord and GF9 have an agreement to use the sculpts. The models that Warlord have been putting out are great. They are also in the 28-32mm range. I have a lot of the models already and they look to my eye similar is size to any other miniatures in that size. I’ll be getting these too.
Painting the 5th Doctor would certainly be a challenge – all those stripes…
I’d say painting anyone of them is a challenge, because you’re going to be comparing them to real humans.
These are rather beautiful.
I’m not particularly interested in the game, but I hope they do a collectors box with ALL the doctors at some future point. Would be an interesting painting project.
