Infamy Stop for a Cuppa and Show Off Their Tea Machine
October 15, 2014 by dracs
One of my favourite things to emerge from Infamy Miniatures' Kickstarter has to be the promise of a good cuppa brewed by their steampunk vending machine, some new renders of which have just appeared.
I just love the intricacies of this model, with all the exposed components behind decorative metal work. You know that if tea machines had been around in Victorian London, this is what they would look like.
The Tea Machine is supposed to act as a pigeon marker for Nikola Tesla and you can see a couple of his prized birds sitting on top of it. This just blows me away as most other markers would just be a simple pigeon, but here we get an awesome terrain piece as well. Just hope they don't poop in the tea.
What has been your favourite Infamy mini so far?
That’s more seagulls they can be dam accurate at times, is their a chance of a coffee one as well coming out.
Now that is rather awesome. Does need a coffee one too 🙂
I consider this call for coffee to be sacrilegious, uncalled for and in very poor taste. We have kids on this site you know, how dare you lead them away from Tea!
There are Victorian public conveniences near me that really remind me of this. I mean that as a compliment and I’m upping my pledge to get one.
Ewww
I thought the tea from one of these machines looked and tasted a little weird.
And wondered why the milk always curdled
More of a Peesmaid than a Teasmaid
That’s London water for you (not a euphemism)
this turned out so well 😀
the extra pigeons on top add an extra bit of fun too 😉
Tesla is the one i cant wait to get my paint brush on
Teasla
He invented this machine which was named after him
