Infamy Reveal More of Their Next Monster
March 29, 2015 by dracs
Infamy Miniatures have revealed more of their next monstrous sculpt, revealing a deformed, daemonic individual with sharp talons and cruel steampunk cybernetics.
While more of the sculpt has been revealed, we are still left in the dark about what exactly this model is. On Infamy's Facebook, one comment suggests that it is a take on Edward Mordrake, a real life member of the English peerage who turns up in a late nineteenth century medical journal on account of having a second "daemon face" on the back of his head.
Personally, I doubt this is poor old Ed, although he would be a fascinating figure to find in Infamy. This model is far more monstrous and appears to me to be rather troll-like. Your guess is as good as mine as to how he fits into the setting of Infamy: Welcome to the Big Smoke, but I am dying to find out more.
Who do you think this is?

Am I right in thinking this wasn’t in the Kickstarter? Or did I just not notice?
If the former, this is a good sign for the future of the range (goodonyer). If the latter, well there’s more to life than being right.
I definitely don’t remember seeing this in the Kickstarter either. Unless there was a sketch that I didn’t pay much attention to.
That’s good news from my POV … taking it as a sign the game has legs beyond the Kickstarter.
It looks a lot like Hyde’s bodyguard. http://www.infamyminiatures.com/the-world/the-maniacs-have-taken-over-the-asylum
The big fella is Mr Hyde (the wee gal is Henrietta Jekyll).
That does look really promising.
