Hired Steel Episode Three Premiers Tonight

If you're a fan of Battletech and love the aesthetic of massive war machines shooting, punching, stomping, and occasionally dropping on other mechs heads from above, then you should check out this ongoing fan film.

If you haven't seen anything from Topgame Media Crew already, they are a fan collective who play online and also make animations based on some of their favourite games. Battletech is a big favourite with them and they have a lot of videos from Mech Warrior Online that showcase games, clans, and mechs in general that can be used for painting inspiration for these big stompy bots.

Of course if you just fancy watching the story you can do that as well. They've been working on the animation for the past two years and if you missed the initial servings you can check them out below.

For a fan animation, it looks fantastic and really evokes the feel of Battletech, it's always nice to see a Locust getting munched on! While they are short videos it's an amazing piece of work to be done by a small group as a passion project. If you like these check out the new episode tonight when it launches.
