The new miniature for Salute 52 has been revealed! The South London Warlords showed off the Salute 2025 miniature that will be available to the first 5000 guests of the show in their goodie bags!
Lieutenant Colonel James Macdonell // Salute 2025
With the theme of the Highlands being prevalent for next year's show, it seemed apt for there to be a Highlander present as the miniature for the year. This miniature represents Lieutenant Colonel James Macdonell as he would have been during the Battle Of Waterloo in 1815. Lieutenant Colonel James Macdonell // Salute 2025
This miniature has been sculpted by the fine hand of Paul Hicks and showcases him leading his men to rush forth and keep the farm gates closed against the massing forces of the French. He has also been painted here by the excellent Kevin Dallimore who has done a superb job with the scheme and maybe it'll be one that you replicate when you get your hands on the miniature next year.
If you're interested in coming to Salute, tickets are available right now for the event that lands on Saturday 12th April at the London ExCel Centre. We will be there!
