The Hellbringer Drake Brings Fire & Claws To Conquest!

Para Bellum Wargames rocked out another preview this week for the expanding world of Conquest: The Last Argument Of Kings. Fans of the Dweghom will be able to call on the mighty Hellbringer Drake which is armed to the teeth!

When the Dweghom defeated the dragons they then turned their attention to the lesser drakes. Many of them were captured and bound into service, much like the Hellbringer Drake here.

This monstrous unit is named after the massive Hellbringer Cannons which have been strapped to its back. They are used to hunt and kill dragons whilst also decimating cities. You also wouldn't want to be standing in the way of it if you were a lowly foot soldier.

An utterly fascinating miniature. We've seen a lot of more typically "Fantasy" miniatures up until this point from much of the Conquest range but this does show off the more technological side to the Dweghom.
I also think it has been sculpted really nicely. I like the pose for the Drake and the kit on its back. The crew also seem to be very nicely sculpted too. My only nitpick would be the way it stands on the base, and this might just be because of the scenic nature of it. It looks a little awkward currently. Still, a very impressive miniature.

Wow that’s a heavy artillery piece to through fire at the enemy’s.
I’ve been waiting for this to come out since the start of the Path to Conquest. There was one in the Let’s Play video and it will make a great centre piece.
