Hawk Wargames Drops Pictures Of The KS Exclusive Battlecruisers
February 14, 2016 by stvitusdancern
As the Pledge Manager is open and backers are selecting all their treasures for Dropfleet from Hawk Wargames, they thought that drop a few jaws with the absolutely gorgeous Kickstarter Exclusive Battlecruisers. Each of these is prettier than the one before, so even if you're devoted to one particular faction or another, you may very well want them all!
The UCM has the Avalon Class Battlecruiser, the Scourge has the Basilisk Class Battlecruiser, the Shaltari has the Avalon Class Battlecruiser, and the PHR has the Leonidas Class Battlecruiser.
And just to seal the deal, they've also released a picture of some of the painted Deluxe Resin Clusters. Look at the incredible level of detail on these relative to the size of the coins in the pictures!
Which of these Battlecruisers (or all of them) will you be adding to your Dropfleet?

On more relevant matters, I love how individual all the ships are, and that PHR one is just sex in space!!
I got me the UCM and Scourge Battlecruiser via the Pledgemanager… The UCM Ships are so amazing…
These ships are absolutely gorgeous.
I am getting all of them 🙂

The models look totally amazing not a fan of the the PHR or UCM stuff but the Scourge and the Shaltari stuff painted up and in person look just so awesome 🙂
Shaping up to be a very exciting year for Hawk Wargames. Between the Reconquest: Phase 2 book set to release around Salute in April (if things go well) and the accompanying 19 (give or take) “new” and redesigned models/blisters that go along with it and then all the Kickstarter and retail goodies for Dropfleet Commander set for a June/July release, things look very bright. And the Fall should be bringing us Battleships and Dreadnoughts for DfC as well! Besides being an Admiral level backer for the Kickstarter, I even added on a couple of additional PHR and Shaltari starters just… Read more »
