Gripping Beast To Run Massive Swordpoint Demo At Salute
April 7, 2016 by brennon
Gripping Beast are going to be running a Swordpoint demo at Salute 2016 (next week people!). This is a rules set which allows you to play out big battles from the Ancient, Dark Age and Medieval periods of history...
The battle that they will be hosting at Salute will involve a massive Russian army clashing with the Teutonic Order and their Crusader allies. Prepare for a snow covered battlefield soon to be stained red with the blood of your foes!
If you want to find out more about Sword Point Wargames Soldiers & Strategy put together an article on it.
Swordpoint is set for release in November and will feature 200+ army lists and plenty of additional information for tournaments and campaigns. Plus, new models?
Will you be checking this out?

I have to take a look at this at Salute
Please have a close look at this when you do the Beast of War reporting from Salute….We who wont be there need your help! 🙂
+1
Oh, I’ll be taking a look at this.
I’ll get as much info as I can. In the mean time those who to grow their warbands to 200+ figures at least you’ll have until November to get them painted.
After reading the WS&S article I am not overly enthused
I think I may avoid the article until after Salute if possible.
After reading the WS&S article I still don’t really feel I know anything about the game! Oh – except it’s not SAGA.
The article doesn’t tell you anything about the game just that it’s not SAGA or WHB, rather disappointing really.
We’ll know more next Saturday
