Great Escape’s Chicago Way Bootleggers Get Reinforcements

Great Escape Games have added to the Bootleggers faction for The Chicago Way! Much like with the Peaky Blinders, the Bootleggers are getting two sets of reinforcements that offer up some muscle and some style in 28mm.

Bootlegger Reinforcements I - The Suits // Great Escape Games

Leading the way, we have the first set which represent The Suits. This is where the style comes in! These gentlemen are suited and booted, ready to start "negotiations" and perhaps make some deals. As Great Escape have noted, the weapons are simply there as tools to aid the process and make sure the deals go smoothly!

My favourite of the miniatures is the chap on the right with the bowler hat and that rather fancy suit. There's something fun about a bowler hat. Warpfiend Studios has done a sterling job on the painting here to get those patterns looking just right!

The second set of miniatures are The Muscle. When you need to deal with a situation it makes sense to send in the heavies.

Armed with a good variety of weapons as well as brute strength, I sense that there are some broken legs in the futures of some unfortunate gang members. The Chicago Way is one of those games that seems worth diving into so I'd love to hear from people who have played it to see what it's like!
