Enact Grand Admiral Thrawn’s Plans In Star Wars: Shatterpoint

Atomic Mass Games has shown us their upcoming Rebels but the other side are also getting a look in for Star Wars: Shatterpoint. The Not Accepting Surrenders Squad Pack is on the way for the month of August and features Grand Admiral Thrawn!

This set comes with the fan-favourite villain of the Star Wars universe, Grand Admiral Thrawn. You can now pit him against Ezra and his friends either during the period of the cartoon show or in the new story told as part of Ashoka. Grand Admiral Thrawn comes backed up by Agent Kallus as his secondary, ready to deal with those damnable rebel scum, at least for now.

They are backed up by a Supporting Unit in the form of the two ISB Agents who have been tasked with carrying out Thrawn's plan to the letter. I really like that Thrawn takes a more commanding role in this set, perhaps directing the flow of action from further away. If anyone has read Thrawn's background, you'll know that he isn't averse to kicking ass and taking names though!

I think the set looks great, complete with silly little helmets. They are either going to be your favourite band of villains or a squad you can't wait to trip up, spoiling their plans. Once again, I think that Atomic Mass Games have done a good job of managing the gap between the realistic and the cartoon to create a more unified look for Shatterpoint.
