Deep-Cut Studio has added another new gaming mat to their collection for those looking to fight out your Sci-Fi battles. Themed for use with Warhammer 40,000 or Legions Imperialis, the Gothic Wasteland gaming mat is looking suitably grimdark.

As the name would suggest, this gaming mat has been designed to show off an utterly ruined battlefield that has seen better days. The team at Deep-Cut made this particular style of gaming mat in 28mm but also 8mm so that you can use it for Legions Imperialis. The smaller scale version is just a little more zoomed out so it doesn't look like your tanks and infantry are falling into massive holes!

The mats can be snapped up in PVC, Cloth or Mousemat material allowing you to choose whichever material works for you. Additionally, they come in a selection of sizes so you can use these to match your skirmish games or your larger-scale engagements.

I always like seeing the amount of detail that the folks at Deep-Cut manage to work into their gaming mats. The designs feature lots of footprint elements so you can use them as a guide for placing buildings. In this case, you also have those blasted craters that look good for piling rubble around.
