Grab Gardens Of Hecate Sci-Fi Raiders From Ramshackle
September 10, 2024 by brennon
The Gardens Of Hecate miniatures range grows over on Ramshackle Games with some brand new Nekroplanet Grob Raiders for you to use in your Sci-Fi wargames and an Indie edge.
Raider Commando // Ramshackle Games
These new Raiders look absolutely super for those wanting to play out your Inq28-style games. They are packed with character and that typical Hecate charm. There is a great sense of the Oldhammer about them and a bit of Rogue Trader. You could see these taking to a distant planet back in the old days of Warhammer 40,000.
Raider Gunner // Ramshackle Games
There are five new miniatures in the set including the Commando, Gunner, Medic, Trooper and Grunt, three of which you're seeing here. I really like the more monochrome choice with the paint scheme alongside that extra bit of weathering to really ground them and give that Martian vibe.
Raider Grunt // Ramshackle Games
I also think that you could go off in some wild directions with the painting of these miniatures. Imagine them in more colourful spacesuits or do something fun with their helmet visors. You could do swirling energy behind those visors or maybe ghostly faces!

Snap these up and have some fun. Could this be your next Stargrave crew or a team of miniatures waiting to take to the stars in Five Parsecs From Home?

Those have a lovely Rogue Trader aesthetic.
Lol… She named them Grave Raiders (translating “grob”). It makes perfect sci-fi sense. A great set to use in The Damned as well.
