Fusion Core Preview Big Heavy Gear Dreadnoughts At Gen Con
August 7, 2016 by brennon
Fusion Core Studios have previewed some of the Heavy Gear Dreadnoughts that are being worked on for their new game alongside the folks at Dream Pod 9.
Above you can see the Northern Susano-O and below that the Southern forces' Khagan.
We also got this look at the blurb explaining a little bit more about the game.
It sounds like it could well be a lot of fun and we have already heard from quite a few Heavy Gear fans that this is highly anticipated. Big ships that are blasting each other out of the sky as war rages around them sounds like a cinematic delight.
What do you think of the previews?

theyre not flying ships but massive land carriers think 40k leviathans
They’re more like gigantic hovercraft …
I doubt they’ll be flying anywhere 😉
They look like they’ll hang in the sky in much the same way that bricks don’t.
except they’re not yellow …
Those are really nice.
There is reason why those are called landships. Land is were those move and fight.
They are making some great ships and I want more.
Pretty sure the fluff calls them Landships as they are, well, styled as ships but move over land. Everything in Heavy Gear is deserts as far as I recall.
