Forge Of Destiny Builds Excitement With Minis, Renders And Print-And-Play
February 5, 2018 by brennon
The team at New Destiny Games have been doing a great job of keeping Forge of Destiny followers updated with new painted mini shots, a full Print-And-Play version of the game and also some awesome new renders.
It's great to see all the factions taking shape on the tabletop and I'm looking forward to seeing these all close up soon.
If you can't wait for the game to launch you can actually pick up a full Print-And-Play version of the game with all four starter armies.
Forge of Destiny's rules will be available for free so if you'd like to get into the game you can register your email on the Forge of Destiny site to get all the details.
Earlier this year we also saw some rendered teases of walkers coming to the game.
Pavel himself has spoken about how testing is being completed to ensure the walkers look great but are also robust and not prone to any leg breaks.
We're going to have some Let's Plays for you on the site soon so you can see these guys in action.
Have you ever tried a Print-And-Play version of tabletop games?

Love the walkers, I am very interested to see here the cut points end up and what joints are used from the legs to the chassis.
Good day! The Shattered was the most difficult of four factions that we designed. We had to pospone the release of the game for more than 6 months just to have every single mech re-designed from scratch and re-printed. So its new design + new 3-D masters and soon – new molds. Comparing to the initial design we made them lighter (in particular, devided the bodies in half), inclreased connection points in joints (both sockets and balls) and lowered quantity of parts in legs to make the overall body more stable.
Those walkers look really good.
Thank you =) Nice to hear this. We tried to make something new with the robot design. Also, they are meant to reflect the nature of their pilots who were actually sentient insects before the whole race was wiped out. Now, they are piloted by incorporeal energy beings =)
the droids look fantastic great AI bots for any game.
Thanks =) They are quite customisable too – all weapons and equipment goes into special sockets and can be combined in many various ways (double guns, double equipment, etc.)
