Shieldwolf’s Forest Goblins March To War On Kickstarter
September 19, 2016 by brennon
Shieldwolf Miniatures are bringing a new plastic kit to life through Kickstarter for their Fantasy world. The latest horde to gather together for tabletop battling are the Forest Goblins!
These little fellows will come as part of a big multi-part plastic kit allowing you to create a regiment of Goblins ready to raid forest outposts.
As mentioned in the image above there are going to be alternative options available on the sprues but this gives you a taster of the kind of models you're going to be getting in the kit. There will be twenty-five for you to play around with so you have a lot of tinkering to do!
If you're interested in making a more eclectic force then they have also added their Mountain Orcs into the pledges available to you so you can field some big boys with your little runts.
Brutgoth Approaching!
One of the coolest models they've unlocked so far, however, is the Forest Brutgoth.
With that monstrous beast on your side, your Goblins are going to fight all the harder I would imagine. You could even put some of them up there in that howdah so you have a mounted platform to shoot from, throwing spears down on your enemies.
Have you checked out this campaign yet?

The faces remind me of the witch Fenella from Chorlton and the Wheelies

they look great.
Chorlton & the wheelies that going back some.
To chunky for my taste in Goblins, weapons look way to big as well. Also I’m waiting on my Shieldmaidens pledge to come before pledging on another Shieldwolf KS.
this kickstarter seems hurried and a bit of a mix-up. nice sculpts but they can only show one goblin sculpt and the other updates are not sculpts or not goblins.
better to wait to have more goblin sculpts for the show
I don’t know what you’re talking about mate, there are clearly 4 unique (goblin) sculpts shown above, better have a closer look 😉
If you don’t want to pledge that’s perfectly fine with us, we know which company you are associated with anyway, we’ve read your comments on other forums. Please don’t persuade others from joining though, that’s just bad form 🙁
If the admins of this forum wish to delete both comments (mine and the Spanish one) please feel free to do so.
