Footsore North America Go Diving & Engage In Winter Warfare
July 7, 2020 by brennon
Footsore North America has been showing off a selection of new options for those playing both Modern and Pulp games. The latest raft of releases popped up as part of their Pulp collection recently and they will be released at the end of July.
Naga Frogmen // Footsore North America
The first set is a collection of heavily armed Naga Frogmen who are going to be great for those engaging in a bit of underwater warfare. I like the idea that you could play out a game which is submerged on one board and then on land on another. You could have the Naga Frogmen doing some infiltration and then moving to storm a base once they get to their objective location.
You could maybe even play a little with a James Bond-style scenario where you get stuck into a fight underwater whilst sharks watch from the sidelines.
Footsore's Winter Warriors
As well as the soldiers above, you can also pick out a selection of Winter Fighters for both "Naga" and their foes.
Winter Fighter Characters // Footsore North America
This set would be good for either using as the heroes of the story or as a selection of characters who are at the head of different units. Again, they are armed with a selection of weapons which would be great for cutting things down with ease. The same goes for the rest of their Winter Fighters.

Winter Troopers // Footsore North America
You could have a lot of fun painting these up in creams, whites and greys in order to make sure that they match their surroundings. These soldiers also look like they are suited to different jobs. The chaps with the helmets on look like more elite soldiers whilst the hooded chaps could be standard guards who are patrolling a base.
Could you be tempted to pick up these new Pulp soldiers from Footsore North America?

Was thinking the same but will admit I loved GI Joe as a kid. I was lucky to wake up one Christmas morning to the aircraft carrier – best Christmas Ever ?
So you’re that mythicial kid who got the six-foot long aircraft carrier when he was a kid that all the rest of us hated! I have a buddy who admitted the same thing, and I’ve teased him about it for years…although Im actually secretely jealous. He still has it set up for his kids in his basement, and it is awesome!
Yes @misch that was me, my parents bought it on tick from a poundstretcher in Pontypridd I would have been 6 at the time. I woke up Christmas morning stepped out of bed onto the ship. How they managed to set it up in a small room right next to me while I slept I will never know. It was a monstrosity or a toy, so overlarge you put your jets and a barrel or Joe on it. I was a Very lucky kid that Christmas. I suddenly had a lot of friends coming over once school started and believe… Read more »
