No Fireplace Is Safe From Zealot Miniatures’ Mimic
April 20, 2019 by brennon
Zealot Miniatures has shown that nothing is safe from the claws, teeth and flailing tentacles of a Mimic. Check out their new Fireplace Mimic which was released recently.
Imagine going through a Dungeons & Dragons adventure and venturing forth into a temple to find treasure chests everywhere. The party would then be surprised when they relax in front of the fire only for it to come alive and suck one of their friends into its fiery maw.
This is another amazingly inventive miniature from the folks at Zealot Miniatures and a perfect foil for a Dungeon Master who is looking to properly spook their players.
Sadly right now the miniature is sold out but it should be back in circulation very soon if I know Zealot.
Could you find a place for this in your collection?

“We walked in the bar and the bartender asked us why we were still carrying our weapons. ‘Mimics,’ was our reply. The bartender laughed, the party laughed, the table laughed. We killed the table. It was a good time.”
I see you’re a man of culture as well.
You were lucky to find it. Most mimics prefer to be stools or beds with just the occasional table
if it’s occasionally a table what is it the rest of the time?
oh nevermind it’s a monster
Those look really stunning.
Shame it’s sold out. Perhaps there are mimics of the mimic out there for purchase?
Someone needs to make the dreaded Bog Mimic.
…they always strike when the victim is at their most vulnerable…
like the old chaos toilet?
They always seem to hide in student housing
Somehow it looks like an evil Dumbo.
Fabulous. Zealot makes some great stuff!
