FireForge Games’ Arab Heavy Infantry March Out This November
October 16, 2015 by dracs
FireForge Games are currently finishing off the sculpts for their upcoming blister pack of Arab Heavy Infantry and have announced that these warriors of the middle-east will be marching to war come November.
These infantry men are very heavily armed and armoured, ready to meet whatever the crusaders might throw at them. Once again, it is good to see the level of detail being payed to these models, with the different types of armour evident helping to separate them as individuals.
The heavy infantry will be following hot on the heels of FireForge's Arab archers, who are currently up for pre-order.
Together, you should soon be able to form a good infantry base for your Arab army.
Do FireForge's models tempt you to start gaming in the Crusades?

Those are rather good.
After platics kits and the resin minis they now “downgraded” to metals ?
Well… since there already is a gazillion of arab metal mini lines… well whatever.
Fireforge’s figures are always in hard plastic or resin, not in metal
But the arabs pictured above are metal.
yes, but they will be in resin 🙂
you are watching early stage of production 🙂
Sometimes I get the feeling we have a little lower barrier for sculpt quality when it comes to historicals campared to sci-fi/fantasy. I like that they do the figures for the crusader era, but if I compare the quality to recent releases from any of the major companies these seem a bit underwhelming, or?
And they have a set of Russian Medieval plastic infantry in the pipeline now, so for that I will watch.
Well these are gorgeous.
Putting together the foot sergeants at the moment. Fabulous kit, and great value.
