New Fire Breathers, Felines & Fantasy Warriors By Bronze Age
April 1, 2019 by brennon
If you checked out our interview last week with Tim Korklewski about Ragnarok then you will have heard of Bronze Age Miniatures. They are now delving deeper into their Fantasy Collection and offering up a range of new sculpts which would be perfect for your Fantastical adventures, whatever realm they might end up in.
One of my favourite miniatures from their new range is this Alfar here. I love the very Bonner-inspired style to these with that serious piercing gaze sending a chill through the spine of the enemy. Taking Norse Mythology as a base they have brought to life a collection with more Elves and of course a few Dwarves for good measure.
Again, this range is very much inspired by Norse Mythology so that will inform the styles of armour and weapons that these warriors are bringing into battle. That is by no means a bad thing though as you'll no doubt find a place for them in your games!
Fire Breathers & Felines
As well as your typical Fantasy races the team at Bronze Age Miniatures have also been working on some wilder Fantasy races including the Kottar Firar who are their cat people.
Again, these are good options for those playing games like Ragnarok but with races like the Tabaxi in Dungeons & Dragons, you could also find yourself finding some new role-play figures as well. I for one really like their Ormsliki Firar, their dragon people.
They have the look of the Dragonborn which got their first real outing with Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition. I could see these warriors being Fighters, Paladins and more for adventuring groups.
This is just scratching the surface when it comes to the Fantasy offerings they have ready over on their webstore. As well as these Fantasy races Bronze Age Miniatures have also designed a collection of regular humans too so there's something for everyone.
So, with Ragnarok on the horizon maybe you fancy sourcing a new warband before May?
