Fantasy World Of Moonstone In Its Final Days On Kickstarter
November 8, 2016 by deltagamegirl22
There's still a few days for you to get involved in the whimsical world of Moonstone by Goblin King Games on Kickstarter.
The project is nicely funded and offers a great variety of extra goodies for backers, including the latest alternate head for Doug The Flatulent, with a visor up option.
This alternate head is only available in the Kickstarter and will not be an option upon the project's completion.
This 32mm fantasy world features men, goblins, gnomes and faeries in beautiful miniatures and art with a fantastic card mechanic.
Are you looking forward to exploring the whimsical world of Moonstone?

I just could not resist your fairy tale charms.
did anybody else other than Dawn and myself back moonstone?
@redben will you be adding to your minimum pledge or has backing mythic battles put moonstone out of reach until release?
anybody thinking of backing moonstone in the last 24 hours?
is anyone not able to back the kickstarter but keeping an eye on release?
I have back for a pound. Intending to up for a starter in the pledge manager. GKG said should be up once KS process sorted and up 6-8 weeks.
Only possibly hobby clashes are Konflikt 47 soviets and any suprise announcements from steamcon.
@dags glad to see you on board. you have impeccable taste.
@emptynessisform I was backing for more but trip to visit family had higher cost. Minis and look are the big draw but mechanics seem solid.
I like to think so, toy soldier wise at least
Yep I am on board but then I know Tom and Rich a little after Daffcon last year and we have kept in touch since.
I’m utterly torn on this, I love the designs but kickstarter has left a really bad taste in my mouth of late.
@martincraddy dare I ask who the offending party is? kickstarter hasn’t been to bad for me up to now, touch wood. although I do have a habit of backing the slowest ones I can find, kingdom death monster and infinity rpg. moonstone is modest in size and should be fairly easy to manage and they have no IP difficulties to contend with. they have run a successful kickstarter for the firespitter miniature for the game earlier this year, so they know the costs and time scales involved with regards to the miniatures. as well as now being familiar with the… Read more »
Im actually on board with this kickstarter and primarily because they’ve kept it small and controlled which I really appreciate, helps that the miniatures and artwork are gorgeous. I’ve gone in on the complete wave one with the extra few quid for the firespitter, the strict stetch goals and updates from the moonstone kickstarter have won me over. Every penny counts when you’ve just been told you’re being retired from your job like I just have! As for offending parties, I was in on the fairytale miniatures kickstarter which two years later has failed to provide me or many others… Read more »
perfect, we can play a four player game.
now we get to sit back and enjoy seeing the art and sculpts unfold throughout the year.
let the magical journey begin.
